Coordinated pickup times and a vehicle sized for your group.
Start with the full prom-night route: where the group will meet, any planned photo stop, the event venue, and where everyone should be dropped off afterward. Agree on pickup and return times with the group early, and give one organizer the itinerary and contact details.
Include the exact passenger count when asking about vehicles, since seating and pricing depend on the group and the trip duration. Review the booking terms, any extra-time charges, and the planned stops with everyone involved before confirming the reservation.
